باب: التّمَتّعُ وَالإِقْرَانُ وَالإِفْرَادُ بِالحَجّ وَفَسْخِ الحَجّ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْي

CHAPTER 21. What is said regarding Hajjat Tamattu', Hajjal Qirân and Hajjal Ifrâd.

791. وَعَنْهَا رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا في رواية قَالَتْ: خَرَجْنَا مَعَ النّبِيّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَلاَ نُرَى إِلاّ أَنّهُ الحَجّ فَلَمّا قَدِمْنَا تَطَوّفْنَا بِالْبَيْتِ, فَأَمَرَ النّبِيّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ سَاقَ الْهَدْيَ أَنْ يَحِلّ, فَحَلّ مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ سَاقَ الْهَدْيَ, وَنِسَاؤُهُ لَمْ يَسُقْنَ فَأَحْلَلْنَ, قَالَتْ صَفِيّةُ: ما أُرَانِي إِلاّ حابِسَتَهُمْ, قَالَ: (عَقْرَى حَلْقَى, أَوَ مَا طُفْتِ يَوْمَ النّحْرِ). قَالَتْ: قُلْتُ: بَلَى, قَالَ: (لاَ بَأْسَ انْفِرِي). رواه البخاري: 1561

791. (Narrated AlAswad), 'Aisha رضى الله عنها said, We went out with the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم (from AlMadIna) with the intention of performing Hajj only and when we reached Makka we performed Tawâf round the Ka'ba and then the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم ordered those who had not driven the Hady along with them to finish their Ihrâm. So the people who had not driven the Hady along with them finished their Ihrâm. The Prophet's wives, too, had not driven the Hady with them, so they too, finished their Ihrâm. Safiya said, I feel that I will detain you all. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, O 'Aqra Halqa! Didn't you perform Tawâf of the Ka'ba on the day of sacrifice? (i.e. TawâfalIfâda). Safiya replied in the affirmative. He said, (to Safiya). There is no harm for you to proceed on with us. (2:632O.B.)
